Neptune Wharf, Fish Island

We worked with The Trampery to masterplan a 5000sqm mixed use development in Hackney Wick, London. The complex included flexible and affordable commercial space for start up companies, comprised of open plan workspace, 67 studios, fabrication workshops, bar and restaurant, members club and retail outlets.

We were involved with the project from inception, advising the client on forms of contract and site feasibility, through to developed design including wayfinding and consultant coordination.
